At 18, I joined my brother's recruitment agency, Simba Recruits, and got my first real taste of what it meant to build operations from scratch. Watching a business take shape through processes, people, and relentless iteration changed how I saw everything.
In 2025, I founded ScaleWise VA with zero clients, one clear conviction, and a framework borrowed from German engineering philosophy: every function of a business should operate to a documented standard. No guesswork. No dependency on one person. Just reliable, repeatable systems.
Today we're an AI-first Shopify operations agency. While finishing a degree in Business Analytics, I built the systems before I built the team. ScaleWise VA is a small team working from Pakistan, and the reason it can run this many stores is that the repeatable work is done by software we built rather than by headcount.
