Which countries does TikTok Shop currently support?
As of 2026: US, UK, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, and Ireland. Coverage expands frequently; we will tell you on the call whether your target market is live.
Do I need a separate inventory pool for TikTok Shop or can I share Shopify inventory?
You can share inventory by connecting Shopify to TikTok Shop via the official Shopify app or a sync tool. We configure the sync so stockouts on either side propagate within minutes. Some brands choose to ring-fence inventory for TikTok promos; we set that up if preferred.
How is TikTok Shop different from TikTok Ads?
TikTok Ads drives traffic to either your Shopify store or your TikTok Shop. TikTok Shop is the native checkout INSIDE TikTok. Most brands run both: Ads for upper-funnel discovery, Shop for native conversion. We can manage both as a combined retainer.
Do you handle affiliate / creator outreach?
Yes. TikTok Shop Affiliate is one of the largest organic growth levers. We identify relevant creators in your category, send samples, brief talking points, and manage the commission structure. Creator payouts are handled within TikTok Shop, not by us.
What about live shopping streams?
TikTok Live Shopping is increasingly important in the US and UK. We do not run the streams ourselves but we brief the host (your founder or a creator), prepare the on-screen offer structure, and handle post-stream order operations. Live production is a separate engagement.
How does TikTok Shop fulfillment work?
You fulfill from your own warehouse or 3PL the same way you would Shopify orders. TikTok requires you upload tracking within 48 hours of shipment. We monitor and report seller-side metrics (on-time-shipping rate, response rate, dispute rate) to keep your seller account in good standing.
