Do you only work with Klaviyo or other email platforms too?
Klaviyo is our deepest specialty for Shopify clients. We also work with Omnisend, Mailchimp, Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), and Drip. SMS-only setups via Attentive, Postscript, or Klaviyo SMS are also in scope.
Is SMS marketing worth doing for a Shopify store?
For most ecom brands, yes, but only as a complement to email, not a replacement. SMS has higher open rates but a higher unsubscribe cost. We build SMS programs that focus on high-intent moments (cart abandonment, back-in-stock, flash sales) rather than mass broadcasts.
How big does my list need to be before this is worth the spend?

Will the emails actually sound like our brand?

How do you handle deliverability and inbox placement?
We monitor sender reputation in Google Postmaster and Microsoft SNDS, suppress unengaged subscribers on a documented schedule, manage list growth source quality, and verify SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are aligned and published.
What about GDPR, TCPA, and other compliance requirements?
Every flow we build respects opt-in source data, includes one-click unsubscribe, and honors regional preferences (separate marketing consent for EU subscribers). SMS programs include double-opt-in and required TCPA disclosures.
