How quickly can my VA start?
Most clients are matched and briefed within 3–5 business days. Tasks typically begin in week two so your VA can shadow your workflow before touching anything.
Is the rate per hour or a monthly retainer?
All rates are per hour. You agree a minimum number of hours per week and are only billed for time actually worked, logged in Tarly with task-level detail.
What if I need fewer than 10 hours a week?
We can accommodate smaller engagements. The minimum is typically 5 hours per week. Contact us and we will quote based on your actual requirements.
Can I upgrade or change tiers?
Yes. If you need a more experienced VA, we rematch you. Tier changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Do you offer a trial period?
Yes, all new engagements include a two-week trial at the agreed rate. If you are not satisfied after the first two weeks, you pay only for hours worked and we part on good terms.
