Common questions.

Is graphic design billed per asset or as a monthly retainer?
Both options exist. Project pricing for one-off needs (a launch campaign, a packaging refresh). Monthly retainer for ongoing demand at 10 to 30 assets per month, where the per-asset cost is much lower.
What design tools do you work in?
Figma is our default for all web, email, and social design. Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop where the project needs them (print, packaging, retouching). Source files are always handed over, no proprietary formats.
Do you produce product photography or only design around it?
We art-direct product photography (brief, styling, post-production review), but we do not shoot. For shoots, we coordinate with a photographer in your city or recommend remote-shipping options. Post-production retouching is in scope.
How fast can you turn around a single ad creative?
2 to 3 business days for a static. 4 to 6 business days for a short-form video edit. Rush turnarounds (24 to 48 hours) are possible with advance notice but priced separately.
Will the design match our brand guide?
Yes, that is the whole point of having one. If you do not have a brand guide yet, we can build one first or work from a lightweight brand brief. Either way, every asset references documented brand tokens.
Can you redesign a single ad we already ship if it is underperforming?
Yes. Single-asset redesigns are a common engagement. Send us the underperforming asset, the platform, the audience, and the measured ROAS, and we will redesign with the conversion problem in mind, not just the visual.
