Do you handle business setup in the US, UK, EU, or other regions?
Most engagements cover the UK (limited company formation via Companies House), US (LLC formation via Stripe Atlas, Firstbase, or direct state filings), and Pakistan. Other jurisdictions are handled case-by-case with local partner referrals.
Are you registered accountants or tax advisors?
No. We handle setup, software configuration, and process documentation. For tax filings, regulated advice, and audit defense, we hand off to your accountant. We can recommend specialists if you do not have one.
How long does business setup take?
UK limited company formation: 24 to 48 hours via Companies House. Business banking: 1 to 4 weeks depending on provider. Accounting software setup and integration: 1 week. Full end-to-end setup typically completes in 3 to 5 weeks.
Can you help if I am already trading without proper systems?
Yes. Retrospective setup is a common engagement. We assess the gap, get accounting current, structure your records, set up banking and software, and document procedures. The cost depends on how far behind you are; we share a fixed quote after a 30-minute review call.
Which accounting software do you set up?
Xero is our default for UK and global ecom. QuickBooks Online for US-heavy operations. Wave for very small operations with light volume. We can also work in FreeAgent, Sage, or Zoho Books if you already use them.
Do you set up integrations with my Shopify store?
Yes. Shopify-to-accounting sync (via A2X for accuracy on payouts, or Shopify's native sync for lower volume), Shopify-to-banking reconciliation flows, and tax handling (VAT, sales tax) are all configured during setup.
