What if I have an existing team or VA?
We work alongside your existing team. The audit phase identifies what your team owns and what gaps we fill. Most engagements end up as a hybrid where we run the operational backbone and your in-house team focuses on strategy, brand, and customer relationships.
How do I know what you are actually working on?
Through Tarly, our in-house team management portal. Every hour worked, every task completed, every screenshot during work sessions is visible to you in real time. You see exactly what we are doing, when, and on what.
What stores do you usually work with?
DTC Shopify and Shopify Plus brands doing roughly $500k to $20M in annual revenue, with a small in-house team or solo founder. We have served fashion, beauty, jewelry, home goods, fitness, and sports nutrition brands across the US, UK, Australia, Germany, and Ireland.
Do you offer one-off projects or only retainers?
Both. New store launches, redesigns, migrations, and audits are fixed-scope projects. Day-to-day operations are monthly retainers. We also offer hourly engagements for smaller stores or one-off advisory work.
What happens if it is not working?
All retainers are month to month with 30 days notice. If we are not the right partner for your store, you can cancel without penalty. We would rather lose a client than keep a misaligned one.
Where are your specialists based?
Our core team is based in Islamabad, Pakistan. We work across US, UK, and APAC time zones with overlapping coverage windows for live communication during your business hours.
