What is SWAPIT?
SWAPIT is the operational intelligence platform we are building for Shopify store operators who want more than a collection of third-party apps. It is a single, cohesive system that understands your store's data holistically, inventory levels, order velocity, product performance, fulfillment status, and customer behavior, and acts on that data intelligently. Where current tools require you to configure automations manually and monitor dashboards constantly, SWAPIT is designed to surface insights proactively and trigger actions automatically. It is the platform we have always wanted to run our clients' stores on, and we are building it ourselves because it does not exist yet.

Smart Fulfillment Triggers
Fulfillment automation that responds to order events intelligently: routing to the right warehouse, triggering 3PL notifications, flagging exceptions, and managing split shipments without manual intervention.
Real-time Store Health
A live dashboard that monitors your store's operational health across inventory levels, order processing speed, support ticket volume, and site performance, surfacing issues before they become customer-facing problems.

We are accepting expressions of interest from ScaleWise VA clients for early beta access. Beta participants will get the platform at no cost in exchange for feedback during the development phase.

Beta Onboarding
Selected beta participants will be onboarded with white-glove support, we set up SWAPIT for your store and work alongside you during the initial configuration phase.
Feedback & Iteration
Beta participants provide structured feedback through monthly sessions. Every piece of feedback directly influences the product roadmap.
Full Launch
SWAPIT launches publicly in late 2026. Beta participants receive lifetime preferential pricing and early access to every new feature.
